• We may grant clients a license to use the developed product as specified in the agreement
• Unless otherwise agreed, Axiosware retains the right to reuse general methodologies, techniques, and non-proprietary code components

Portfolio & Case Studies

We reserve the right to showcase developed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless confidentiality is explicitly required by client agreement. Client-specific information will be anonymized or removed as necessary.

Applications Developed for Clients

For websites and applications we develop for our clients:

• Each application operates under its own privacy policy as determined by the client or end-user agreement
• We do not collect, access, or control user data from client applications unless explicitly required for maintenance, support, or as specified in our service agreement
• Clients are responsible for implementing their own privacy policies and obtaining necessary user consents

Development & Testing Data

During the development process, we may:

• Use test data provided by clients or generate synthetic data for testing purposes
• Temporarily access client systems and data as necessary for development and deployment
• Delete or return all test and development data upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed

Ongoing Maintenance & Support

When providing maintenance and support services, we may access client application data solely for the purposes of troubleshooting, bug fixes, updates, and performance optimization. All access is logged and conducted in accordance with our service level agreements and confidentiality obligations.
